YOAKEMAE|New Photography Award is
dedicated to recognizing works that will shape the future of photography.
Each year, one Grand Prix winner will be selected.

Award recipients will receive a grant to support their creative endeavors,
along with opportunities for a solo exhibition, the production of a photo book,
and guidance in their artistic activities.

Let's collaborate to forge an inspiring future

Winner of the 78th Mainichi Publishing Culture Award for her work "Girls Making Paper Balloon Bombs," Winner of the 2022-2023 Japan-U.S. Friendship Commission Prizes (JUSFC) for the Translation of Japanese Literature for her work "Trinity, Trinity, Trinity," Other works include "Madame Curie to chōshoku o (Breakfast with Madame Curie)," Hikari no kodomo 1.2.3 LUMINOUS (Children of Light: Luminous). As an artist, she has participated in the 13th Berlin Biennale and other events.
