There are no eligibility restrictions for applicants. We particularly embrace individuals aspiring to explore new expressions in photography.

Submitted works and their production processes must adhere to all laws and respect the rights of others. Applicants retain ownership and copyright of their submitted works.

We accept photographic works of any theme, material, technique, form, size, or quantity. We encourage you to define photography according to your own perspective.

The Grand Prix winner will receive:

• A grant of 3 million yen to support their creative endeavors.
• The opportunity to host a solo exhibition, with production assistance provided one year after receiving the prize.
• The right to produce a photo book, with financial and technical support throughout the production process.
• Regular meetings with staff and jury members to discuss their creative activities.

The four members of this year’s jury will review all entries and select candidates. The Grand Prix winner will be chosen by a panel of judges after a presentation review by the candidates. During the process, judges may request additional information or interviews.
